This call for proposals is launched in the framework of the Council of Europe Project ROMACT. ROMACT was implemented in Iernut between June 2017 and February 2019.
Together with ROMACT support, the Community Action Group (CAG) and the Municipality finalized an Action Plan for Roma Inclusion that was adopted by the Local Council in November 2017.

2 years after the end of ROMACT process in Blaj, we are still getting news about improvements and about the good use of investments made based on the plans and projects developed with the inputs and support of our Programme.
