Isaccea is a small town located in Eastern Romania, in Tulcea County, on the right bank of the Danube.
It comprises of Isaccea, Revarsarea and Tichilesti.
3,85% of the population declared itself as Roma while Local Authorities estimate that another 3% of the population have the same ethnicity. Roma community members in Isaccea are Horahai (Muslim Roma).
ROMACT started in March 2020 with the signature of the Letter of agreement.
Local Authorities representatives were trained/coached on:
